ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid upon booking to secure your chosen date. The booking will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, BACs transfer or cheque.
Partial payments can be made at any time between booking and the payment due date.
If the remaining balance of the booking cost is not received by the due date, Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking. Any additional balances paid (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
If you wish to extend the duration of the photo booth services during your event, this will be billed at an agreed hourly rate. This is to be paid directly to the booth attendant at your event.
A delivery surcharge of 50p per mile (over 25 miles) is applicable to any events hosted more than 25 miles away from ST3. No delivery surcharges apply to events within 25 miles distance of ST3.
If you, the customer cancel the booking at any time, the deposit will be lost.
Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. must be made aware of any changes to event times, dates or locations before the remaining balance is received. Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. cannot guarantee that we are able to facilitate any changes made to the originally agreed booking details. Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays at the venue.
Hire, Fees and Services
You, the customer will gain permission from the venue organiser that use of Photobooth is allowed during your event
Delivery, set-up and removal of the Photo Booth are all included within your hire fee. Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the photo booth will not be counted within the hire period. During the hire period, our trained booth attendants will man the booth to ensure a smooth operation and make sure that guests get the best out of the booth. Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. will at all times aim to deliver high quality photo strips, however, should equipment failure or damage caused by guests occur, liability is limited to monies paid.
The client must ensure adequate space is available for the photo booth, access to 13amp power socket within 2 m of equipment, all doorways and access paths provide adequate space to fit the Photobooth without incurring damage. Photobooths will not be set up outdoors.
Use of Images
The client gives permission for all photos taken during the event to be used on Stoke Photobooths Ltd. website, social media accounts and other promotional materials.
In the event that an issue occurs with the Photo booth, Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. will endeavour to rectify any issues; this includes extending the booth hire time to complete repairs. If a repair cannot be made and the issue is unresolved, Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. will issue the customer with a refund comparable to the time not received.
Stoke Photobooths Ltd. may stop the usage of the Photobooth at any time during the event if we feel that the Photobooth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the Photobooth itself.
No food or beverages can be consumed in the photo booth. Stoke Photo Booths Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of guests allowed in the Photobooth at any one time, as seen fit by the booth attendant.
You, the customer, will be liable for any damage caused to the photobooth within the duration of the hire.
